    Unfortunately Xbox will not be making any more games BC for the Xbox One.

    That would be a question for the developers who made those two games. In this case for Destroy all humans 2 that was developed by Pandemic Studios.

    Destroy All Humans Path of Furon was made by THQ.

    Microsoft cant just make those games backwards compatible without the developers giving them permission to do so. Thats assuming that the developers even own rights to those games anymore considering how old they are.

    Since Microsoft didnt make either of those games they would get in a lot of legal trouble if they did it without the developers permission.

    Supposedly the owners still own the rights.

    Destroy All Humans! Is getting a remake to be released in 2020

    Also Sony already made DAH 1 & 2 compatible from ps2 to ps4... now its Microsoft's turn.

    You would have to contact the developer/Publisher directly about it being added to the backwards compatible list
