    This is unbelievable!

    How can Dolby Vision on physical media discs not be supported?

    That's like saying we are going to build you a top of the line cutting edge Ferrari but only let you put e85 in it.

    This should be one of Microsoft's biggest priorities as media heads towards 8k content!

    Yeah unfortunately that confirms it is not supported. I researched a bit and it doesn't seem they have it planned so maybe head over to Xbox Ideas and put it on there, thats your
    best bet to get it to the developers who could possibly find a way to make it supported for the blu ray player.

    I believe this has been brought up before but doing it again should show many people want it (including myself). Scroll down and there should be a link that says something about making a suggestion.

    I have a XBOX One X connected to an OLED LG C8. If I use the Netflix app on XBOX One X then the LG will display Dolby Vision. So I know that it is passing. But If I use a 4K Bluray that has Dolby Vision, the player will only output HDR。Blu-ray
    playback is already up to date.

    Also your TV must support that latest version of Doly Vision (might need to update tv also?)
