    i've reset my modem,cleared my alternate mac address,i am hard lined to my modem and i still cannot play games online or even stay in a party chat without getting disconnected,will you people please quit being lazy AND DO SOMETHING TO FIX IT!!! none of
    these problems are being caused by anything on my end

    Technical support on large scale things such as Xbox Live takes some time to fix even by professionals. If you're 100 percent certain there's no issue on your end and you've gone back and double checked everything, then the best course of action will be
    to wait it out. I'm aware there's been some issues and announcements about Xbox Live for a bunch of users not only yesterday but all week, and sometimes things just don't get instantly fixed... it takes time.

    The service status tracker says everything is up right now, but some people may be experiencing outages still... which is normal following a semi-large scale service interruption. I would try contacting your ISP as well to see if there's any local outages
    and just wait a little bit. You could also try and contact tech support for Microsoft.

    i did not have any issues until xbox live got screwed up yesterday,as i said it is nothing on my end,i am on at a daily basis and if this was a problem on my end i would not have gone the past 34 days with no issues

    When you reset your modem (power cycle) was your console also turned off?

    You should turn your console on AFTER your modem is fully functional again. This alleviates any "handshaking" issues between console and router/gateway.

    If you have tried different ports and ethernet cables and it still doesn't fix it, as Step 3 in the above troubleshooter states, see about getting your console repaired.

    i have checked my packet loss,along with everything else in my network settings,i have 0% packet loss,152.97 mbps download speed,10.30 mbps upload speed and 64 latency,i am using ipv6 and i have reset my modem twice,as i said it is nothing on my end,it's
    the lack of microsoft fixing the problems they claim are fixed as this has been going on for over 24 hours now
