When will Microsoft fix the connection problem with the solitaire game?

I am playing on my PC from the downloaded Bingo game. My internet connection is strong and I'm not having problems with the other Xbox live games like solitaire connection or Mahjong. I see on the Bingo discussion and support pages that this is a global
problem with server connection issues that Microsoft keeps experiencing and not just an issue with me so I'll wait until the problem gets resolved.

Does Microsoft post updates when there are large connectivity issues with updates or information on when these will be fixed?

Thanks Francia, maybe I didn't make my problem clear. I only have 1 Microsoft account and when I sign in on my old pc Solitaire is fine, is connected and has my history, when I sign in on my new pc Solitaire says it's connected, it shows the same name and picture, but there is no history. I don't know why not or how to fix it.

I'm getting the same error when trying to access Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. No problem with Solitaire, or logging in directly to the XBox app. Please someone fix it.

Since the update to Windows 1804 we have been on several PC's, not at all, even this problem.

My workaround (randomly found): Immediately after starting solitaire on the desktop bring another window to the foreground, and wait until the synchronization is complete. If the Solitaire window is in the foreground when connecting, it will typically crash.

I hope, however, that Microsoft will fix this error soon!

Was having trouble signing in for the Microsoft Solitaire collection, and this morning the same thing happened with Taptiles. What is the problem?

I saw on the forum for the Solitaire game that the problem was supposedly fixed. It wasn't fixed for me and now it's happening with Taptiles. Please give some helpful feedback regarding this. It will be very appreciated. Thank you.
