When will I get my Xbox rewards points

i tried to buy xbox live for 7000 points on xbox rewards and it took my points and i didnt get my reward

Not sure where to put this.... question about Xbox Live Rewards

So, I am enrolled for xbox live rewards... and from what i've read in the FAQ, I should be credited 100 points when my pending points get over 100? Well.. I currently have 110 Reward points pending. I need this extra 100 to get something I want in the xbox
store. Anyone know what's going on?

Hello REVERSEFLASH,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. This is why your 40,000 Credits have been deposited, but your 15,000 Credit event on November 3rd has not. Those 15,000 Credits should deposit at the end of the month deposit, as described above.

I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

I am very disappointed that Puerto Rico was excluded from the Microsoft rewards program when it transitioned from Xbox Rewards.

Now we complete the quests and get the reward points but we have absolutely no way to redeem those points.
