When will i get my Xbox Quest reward?

I completed all of last months quests (May). I checked the Xbox Quest FAQ and it said my reward will be delivered to me in the Xbox Message center in the following month. It is halfway through June and i still haven"t gotten it yet. I also don't know what
the Xbox Message Center is. Just hoping to get some answers. Thanks.

Prizes from quests are given within the following month. If you don't receive anything by the end of June, you'll want to post in the sales and promotions forum.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. If you are asking about a general Xbox promotion, you should try reaching out on the general Sales and Promotions forum for more specific assistance.

 

I'm not from support, but...

Have you ever noticed after reading all of your messages on Xbox One and there are still some unread messages (there is still a number next to the Messages tab icon)?

Messages you receive directly from Xbox Live can be found on the Xbox One guide from the
Messages tab icon (may or may not have a number on it) under
Messages from Xbox Live. If you have any new unread messages there, it'll say
New Messages from Xbox Live instead.

Note: If you use the Xbox app or Xbox One SmartGlass app on Windows 10 (including Windows 10 Mobile, Android, and iOS), you'll need to
look for a message from a user called Xbox Live. You cannot bring up their profile, invite them to a party/game, mute, or block them. The only option is to delete the message. No worries as
these messages are official and come directly from Microsoft.

good luck getting a response, i posted 17 days ago regarding not getting April's reward and still havent heard back from staff

 

I got a bunch of codes that I found in the xbox Messages and I used all of them but none were related to Fortnite as it said people would get a gift from Fortnite if they completed all of the quests,so i'm just really confused...
