When will I get my credits? They've been in my acc. since the 25th of November

Microsoft.com dont communicate with my xbox on my payments.

Dear Microsoft November 8.

When i go into my Xbox/settings/subscribtions. it says i owe 94.40 dkr. for Xbox live and 51,20 dkr. for ea acces.

I Paid 118 dkr. on november 3rd. for xboxlive subs. and 32 dkr. on november 6 for ea acces, when will that show on my Xbox/setings/ subscribtions. Shouldn't Microsoft.com and my Xbox communicate together and update my owe's ?.

i did get acces to xboxlive on the 3rd of november after paying the 118 dkr on november 3rd. but it still says i owe 94.40 dkr. when will that be updated ?

I didn't get acces to my Ea Acces acount after paying the 32 dkr on november 6, and it still says i owe 51.20 dkr in my Xbox/settings/subs. i should only owe 19 dkr.

Why is there no communication and updates between Microsoft.com and my Xbox/setting/subs ?

And what am i to do ?

Missing 50k reward credit points

hi, I still have not received my 50k points for my purchase of the Xbox one s on the 25th November 2016. I have been logged in and playing my Xbox since then but have no reward points in my account?

Please could someone look into this matter and get back to me as a matter of a urgency.

If they've been pending since November 25, they're scheduled to deposit on the 15th. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they
are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Had mine stolen on December 25th. When I tried to sign in it said my profile had been downloaded to another console. Checked my e-mail and had 2 messages from Windows Live saying that my password had been reset. After figuring out how to get back my hotmail
account I discovered that 8000 points had been purchased and used for Fifa DLC and also made use of the 3600 points that where already on my account. My account went to someone in China.

I've called Xbox and they've done the same to me, locked my account while they investigate. I've since cancelled the credit card that was tied to my account and will not be putting another one on. Lesson learned!
