When will I be charged for ordering off of the MS store?

I guess the better question would be what day is the console going to ship? Next Friday? Next Thursday?

That's the unknown. If I remember correctly, the last time I preordered from Microsoft, they shipped with 2 day delivery, but when and how they ship can vary.

USA-Louisiana, still no tracking # sent via email

I ordered from the Microsoft Store and my Day 1 edition console still shows back ordered/Order in process. My debit card had a reserve charge of $520 on 11/16 and the charge still is listed as pending.

As per what i was told by a MS rep when i called in, the charge won't go through until 11/22 when the console is to be delivered.

Do you actually see the charges on your MS account when you sign in at account.microsoft.com and look at the order history?

If you do not see the charges there that means that MS support is not going to be able to see the charges either and they were a hold that fell off MS system and at this point you would have to take it up with PayPal and/or your financial institution.

If your order is charged, everything should be fine. My XB1 controller order got charged last week and it's still ''backordered''.

My XB1 order isn't even charged yet (MS Store Germany), so i'm a bit worried.
