When will I be able to access Xbox services again ?

Hello,

I got suspended for 14 days for an non-conform gamerpic and I should have been unsuspended today ( 3 a.m). The problem is that nothing changed and I cannot access multiplayer and messages.

Can you help me with that ?

When will I be able to play again

I am an alpha preview member. I have reported this issue several times now. I cannot play Destiny. Several, dozens of dozens of players are having the same issue and have asked the same question. No questions dating back to the beginning of February have
been answered in forum or to my knowledge addressed. I've been unheard...

When will I be able to play again

A fix was pushed last night at 9 pm EST. If you haven't yet received it go to settings, system and check for a new update.

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

I try but it still does not work. Looks like it’s a console suspension. I don’t know how this is possible, no one ever told me my console was suspended, and for how long.

They have reported that a fix will be available later today that fixes a number of issues, including the Destiny MP one, head over to the Preview Program Support Forums for more information.
