You can add it as payable DLC and many players buy it.

Hello, sorry to hear about this. The Forza Drift Pack is an optional add on, so you should be able to find it when you "Manage game and add-ons" for Forza Horizon 4.

There's a guide on how to do that at the following link:

Make sure that the console (where the other players are) is the home console for the user who bought the items.

When you purchase DLC cars in this, or any Forza game, all it does is add that vehicle to the list of available cars from a particular manufacturer. You then need to go to that manufacturer and pay with in-game credits to add that vehicle to your own personal
garage.
