When will family timer support be added?

We waited 2 years to upgrade from the xbox 360 to the xbox one, now that we finally did I find out that there is no family timer feature. Why on earth would you not include a key feature for families? I will now be fighting with my kids every day over how
much time they spend on it, telling them to get off. I will be cursing xbox one microsoft every single time. I will not pay another cent, nor allow relatives to spend another cent on xbox products as a result.

But, perhaps I am mistaken and you are rectifying this huge mistake? Please let me know when this feature that was so awesome on the Xbox 360 will be added to its successor console? Why would I spend over $500 on something that is a DOWNGRADE?

How do i change my Family Xbox Live Gold Package back to a Normal single Gold account again???

If you call in to phone support, they can cancel out the family plan for you and the time remaining on the family plan can be converted into a single account. For instance, if you started the family plan in January, and you cancelled today, you would have
a 6 months remaining on the family plan. When they cancel that, those 6 months would be converted to 12 months that you can use on a single account. No sense in wasting the time you have left on the family plan when it can be converted to something you will
use. Hope that helps.

 

Converting Family gold to single gold(s)

There is no info on disbanding a family plan and where the time would go, phone support would be the only people who could answer that.

Yes the when you disband the family plan, each account would then be it's own single account.

It could then join a new family plan or activate it's own gold account.

on the Feedback forms there are fair number of votes to that suggestion. but its not conformed by Microsoft if its coming or not.
