When will credits be deposited?

I redeemed my gems for 10k credits well before the 30th of last month. I don't have an option to request deposit of the credits. I would prefer to use them to buy something during the spring sale. Is there any available update on this?

When will my rewards credits be deposited?

They're scheduled to be deposited on the 29th.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
the 15th of the next month.

When will my rewards credits be deposited?

I saw a pending rewards amount of 50,000 credits posted on my account on 12/6/2016 (for the Xbox One upgrade from Xbox 360 promotion). And based on your forum's FAQ, the credits should be deposited as local currencies to my account on the 15th and 30th.
Today it's already the 20th but I still haven't seen any amounts posted on my account yet. Can you please let me know why? Thanks a lot.

If you redeemed them after March 15, they would be scheduled for the deposit on April 12.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit for November took place on the 24th. Your credits would be scheduled for the deposit on the 15th.

month. So the credits would not have been added as pending in time for the deposit on the 24th.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Those Credits were deposited yesterday in the mid-month deposit.

The first deposit for this month took place on the 10th (there is not one scheduled for today). If your credits were pending after the 1st, they are scheduled to be deposited on the 24th.
