When using Xbox game bar on PC, how do you record the last 30 seconds and continue recording?

Title. There's an option to record the last 30 seconds, but then that's it, it doesn't seem like there's an option to record the last 30 seconds of gameplay and then continue the recording, so that it's one recording of the past 30 seconds and then it continues until I stop it. Am I missing something or is this not supported?

There's no combined option for this, you will need to press first on the record the last 30 seconds and then use the start recording option,

Hey! Sorry for the late reply, but "regular recordings" means the Win+Alt+R shortcut that records the screen. I tried to repair Xbox Game Bar but I still can't use the record last 30 seconds feature.

DVR works fine for me...i like how it records the last 30 seconds that past rather than it starting when you say "xbox record that".

By default, it records that last 30 seconds when you use the Kinect ("Xbox record that") or use the X button on your controller. However, you can adjust how much gameplay time is captured in settings on your console.

Using the voice command "Xbox, record that" records the last 30 seconds of gameplay. Alternatively you can open the Game DVR by snapping it to the side and choose to record the future or up to the last 5 minutes of gameplay.
