When turning on series s i hear a weird noise and then it stops.

There shouldn't be any sound effects after the start-up sound, it's not normal but as long as your device is working just fine there shouldn't be a problem.

Oh i uploaded a video on the sound have you seen it cause it sounds like the fan is preparing to spin, but i need someone that know about the topic to answer my question.

You're welcome and no worries, as long as your console is performing just fine and is not overheating you don't have to worry.

I appreciate the video and I was able to watch and hear it as well, it does sound like a fan preparing to spin but it's just unusual as I have two Xbox consoles but they never did that.
