    Hi, I had a similar problem (code 416B - 0000 - 0080 - 0300 - 8007 - 000F) when I got my Xbox back from having a new disc drive fitted. I tested my wired network connection and that was ok, then I remembered I didn't have my hard drive unit connected on
    the side of the Xbox 360 (I took it off to take it to the repair shop). When I plugged it back on, it then updated ok. Hope that helps? Cheers, .

    Again, in the future please create your own thread for faster help.

    @smoli83 - your issue is that your console has been modified. There are no official Xbox repair places outside of the official Microsoft repairs that you set either through the support website or via phone. Because the disc drive has been changed by someone
    other than Microsoft you cannot get any help on the forums.

    I'm afraid you'll need to purchase a new console
