When trying to update a game I get status code 4174 - 0000 - d080 - 0200 - 8007 - 0570

Hi, something that's always worth doing it checking through every file on your storage device for corrupted files/incomplete updates or files etc. These will show as either Corrupted or have a ! on an orange (ish) background. Any you find should be deleted
as they can sometimes cause issues like this when all else fails.

 

Trying to do a system update, nothing to do with dark souls or any game just updating the xbox. This has been going on for 4 days now. Have cleared storage cache 3 times in a row, rebooted and same error. Have downloaded the update to a brand new usb
stick with my computer (after unzipping it) and it will not read it from the stick. Tried downloading the update to a cd on my computer and it will not load. Have tried all of the suggestions above for 4 days and nothing, it will try to download the update
and it gets part way through the download and restarts, after 3 tries it gives the error code above.

Can anyone help with this!!!???

 

Also have gone thru all recommended steps (as OwMyHen has) and still get this error code. Other symptoms of problem. Can't play youtube videos or watch netflix movies. Can start the process, but get between 50 and 93% complete in the buffering, then an
error message that the video can't be played. Doesn't matter the video, have tried many different, always the same result.

What is the solution???

I've been trying to play the Destiny Beta but I get this error each time. I've tried clearing the cache and restarting. The Xbox connection is good. I just can't get to the game.

 

I finally got it to work. What I did was transfer my data from my hard drive to a USB drive and then I formatted my hard drive.

hi, The content cache will be downloaded again when you restart the xbox so don't sweat about that.

 

I am trying to update mma but it says the error code still

 

this is happening to me as well and for some reason all my acheivments are still there and says how much memory I have used but when I go to load game the game I have spent days and hours on is no longer there and I lost all 50 plus characters I have got
in LEGO MARVEL SUPER HEROES.. please help

• Clear your cache three times
  
• Restart your console
• Try downloading the update again

My GTA5 update keeps failing to load also. I've done the clear cache 3x and then restart and it still won't load. Infuriating!!!!
