when trying to sign in on 1 of my kids' profiles its coming up 0x80070002

no im not, im on stupid minecraft with my dumb brother trying to sign him up. its on whatever thing comes up there when you try to sign in with microsoft

i get the error code 0x80070002 when trying to sign into outlook through the mail app

The problem is not downloading your profile its the fact that no backwards compatible games will even start on the Xbox one X, it pops up with the same message “Please try again, Sorry that didn’t work for some reason (0x80070002).

Thank you for this but unfortunately even after this i still cant login to xbox or minecraft. On the Xbox app i press sign in and the sign in screen pops up for 1 second and disappears and for Minecraft when i try log in the sign in screeen takes a long time to pop up like 2/3 min and then when i press lets play it says this "We couldnt sign you in to Xbox Live ,The system cannot find the file specified." and when i press more info i get this error code 0x80070002

The best place to go is to sign in at account.microsoft.com with their accounts and a box should pop up once the account is signed in and it should tell you what needs to be done.

When I try to log into one of their profiles i get this on the screen: FIX THIS ON THE WEB Theres a problem with you account. Fix it at account.live.com, then come back and sign in.

I have gone in, checked everything I can think of and nothing seems to work. Everything is the same on my kids profiles. Any ideas on what i need to do so other profiles will work on my xbox one S

did you sign in with there accounts email and password at the account.live.com website and did it bring up a box when first signed in?
