I've asked about this problem after trying everything, and I was suggested to reset the Xbox, which I did, and it made it install a little more and I thought it was going to work but now it does the same thing. This has been going on for weeks as I cannot get past 35% of installation. I tried clearing local save data, resetting Xbox, and multiple times of reinstalling but all fails, this is the online bought version from the Microsoft store not the disc, so I don't know what to do.

I'm sorry you have this problem, researching on the internet I was able to find that in the forum, the independent advisor Gerardo, recommends the following steps for a solution.

Please try to solve the problem by doing the following things:

1. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

2. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

4. Check if the problem persists, if so, please reset your console to its factory settings keeping your games and applications as follows:

Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep games and apps.

5. Check again if the problem persists.
