When I try to connect my console to Internet by wireless adapter, the console shows me a message like There is a problem with wireless hardware. You'll need to repair, but I bought it 2 months ago.

My xbox won´t find home network

So my Xbox can´t find our home wifi and wont see it even when I write in the SSID so I cant connect to xbox live.

I´ve ran all the tests and answered all your online questions and it all seems to say that there is something wrong with the hardware but I don´t have a microsoft store nearby and I can´t send it to you for a repair since it says that I have to talk to you
about the problem for further help. So that´s what I´m trying to do.

Hi there. How do you have connected your console? Wireless or cable. Try to connect with a different way and try again.

I'm still using the xbox 360. when I run the test xbox live connection, my network, internet and xbox live status all show 'connected'. also, live status all show 'up'. everything seems fine. However, when I try to sign in I get "Disconnected from xbox live".
I am also with Time Warner. Do you know if switching to the motorola SBG6580 will solve my problem?

Try to go to SETTINGS, then SYSTEM, then CONSOLE INFO , last is CONSOLE RESET, after that pick option to KEEP ALL GAMES and APPS. After console will RESTART. After that - do the SET UP and then test

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with connecting to Xbox Live.

When the console states "Hardware problem" it may not necessarily be your console that it is referring to, but you "Network hardware".

In this instance, I would recommend testing out an alternate network, or if you are using wireless connection, test your network using a wired connection [or vice-versa depending on your connection].

If this is not an option, I would recommend using the
Xbox One Connection and Network Solution wizard and see if some of the troubleshooting techniques depicted here work for you.
