When try to install Black Ops 3 on xbox series x it always stops 25.5%

When it get to 25% its freezes and then it says it has stopped installing. I click resume install and wont go and will stop again. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still wont work

You might have to perform aa hard reset before you try to install it again.

If that does not help you should try a factory reset. (you need your email and password)

are you trying to install from disc or download version ?

If it is the disc version, the system will ask you to update the game.

Click on NO and wait with the update until the game is installed.

It is a disc version and i tried that twice and just stops at 4%

From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version
