When try to download a game, it always shows error code 0x80070490

I will suggest updating your existing Windows version through an in-place update, It will repair and restore essential system files. Please click the link and update the Windows through these steps. Download and Install Create Windows 10 installation media from the below link then follow this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

1. Click on "Download tool now"
2. Double-click the MediaCreationToolxxxx.exe file to launch the tool.
3. Click the Accept button to agree to the Microsoft terms.
4. Select "Upgrade this PC now" and click 'Next"
5. If you see 'ready to Install scree' on top then click 'Install' will start the installation process

Note: During the installation process, the PC will restart a few times. For the remaining process please follow the on-screen 'Privacy' & 'Cortana' setup.

Best, Just one other note, I attempted (again) to download the beta in the store, and there is a list of 15 apps showing in the dropdown list that failed to update when I clicked on the error detail it says "the error code is 0x80070490, in case you need
it" (ps beta isn't even showing in the download list)

Thank you for your help but as stated ,the problem is I CANNOT open my network settings as it gives me the error 0x80070490 ,not to be confused with the error code 0x87e1000a When I try open the Microsoft store ,thinking better solution is to get a PS4 but I've been Microsoft always!

The error code I'm receiving is 0x80070490. I did the power cycles/power disconnects after researching the error code. The game is a digital purchase/download. I do not have the disc.
