    Hello,

    I purchased an Xbox One S console (BF1 Storm Grey) almost two weeks ago and still haven't seen the 50k points added to my account. When should I expect to see the points in my account?

    Issue with 50,000 reward points promotion

    I received a coupon to upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One for doing so I would receive free overnight shipping and 50,000 rewards credits. I received my Xbox one and have yet to receive the 50,000 credits. I reached out to Microsoft support and they were
    able to confirm the purchase and the promotion but could not confirm how to get the 50,000 credits added to my account. I was instructed to create a forum post. Please let me know when I should expect the credits.

    Where are my 50,000 rewards points?

    I upgraded my Xbox One to an Xbox One S after you sent me an email offering 50,000 reward points for doing so. I ordered from your online store 11/23 but the rewards still haven't showed up, even as pending, despite your FAQ stating they will posted within
    15 days. When can I expect them to show up?

    When to Expect 50,000 Reward Points to be Added

    Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and they typically respond to threads from oldest to newest. So it can take a few days to receive a response. It's best to try not bumping your thread as that does put it back on the bottom of the pile
    to be responded to.

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    Since your purchase was made on the 24th, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

    Thanks for the clarification, TheLostBoy1! The email that was sent was specifically for the 50,000 Rewards points. The £50 promotion was sent to users on their Xbox 360 dashboard, and is not related. You will want to post up in our
    Rewards Support forums about the 50,000 Rewards points. The Rewards points should be deposited in your account on 11/15/2014 for this promotion, so please hold off on posting until after that date.
