    I buy xbox one live gold 2016-Jul-30 GMT+8.0, but until now (2016-Jul-31 GMT+8.0), my xbox still display inactive...

    Do you know when it will be active? Or what can i do?

    I have an active live gold membership but the Xbox doesn't let me use online features. When trying to play online games a pop-up appears and it tells me to buy live gold membership although on my account it says that I have an active gold membership that

    Problem with Gold account on web based store

    Hello, recently I have changed region on my account, and I have like 10 month left on my xbox gold live subscription. After transferring my account to another region (I have moved to another country), in the list of my active subscription the name of Xbox
    Gold Live (prepaid 12 month card) was changed to "Xbox LIVE Subscription Transfer". After that when I am trying to browse gold deals on the web store, it says that I don't have Gold Live, and offering me to buy it, the same thing happening when I receiving
    e-mails with deals. But on the console all services working properly. How can I fix that?

    Your Gold is active as you are showing Gold here. Try removing your profile from the console and then reload it. Let us know if that works for you. Good Luck!!

    I just tried your suggestion:

    1/ remove my profile.

    2/ reload the xbox one console

    3/ re-add my profile

    But the problem still here...

    Xbox One games with gold are usable by you when you have an active gold subscription and have redeemed them. If your subscription ends, you will have to buy the game or resubscribe to xbox live gold to use them again. There is no
    way to redeem a past xbox live game with gold when it is no longer available for redemption.

    Xbox 360 games with gold are different - you own those whether you have xbox live gold or not - on xbox one and xbox 360.
