When switching between the games menu and the console menu, there is no signal error!

Hello, sometimes when I enter the Xbox Series X console menu from the game menu, it gives me an error: no signal! I tried a few games and the same thing happened! Nothing happened to the tv or the console or the hdmi cable! Everything was fine, but in the recent updates, this problem occurred (the TV is Sony x90j), but I don't know if it's a problem with the TV or the console???? Let me also say this: about every five times after going from the console menu to the game and vice versa... this happens once

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Thank you so much for the detailed information. We need to isolate the issue further, is there a way for you to use a different TV? If there is no available, let's then try to reset the console keeping your games and apps to remove any corrupted file that may be causing the issue.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

There is no radial menu on consoles either, so you need to pause the game to switch between weapons.

Small correction: there is no radial menu for weapons, but you don't need to pause the game to swap between them, you just tap RB. Vigors, on the other hand, do have a radial menu which pauses the game when used. Or you can swap between your two equipped
vigors using LB.

Ah awesome! I read a couple reviews where the "professional" reviewers said you had to pause the game to switch weapons... just further goes to show how little some of these reviews should matter to people.

Are you able to do anything at all on the console or does the error message block you from accessing the settings menu etc? Troubleshooting is limited if you can access anything on the console and your posts makes it sound like the error pops up when you
switch on the console and blocks you from the menus. Is this accurate?
