As far as I know its been like that always you can stream to the same network you will be abke to stream out of the same network once Xcloud is implemented...

In order to stream they need to be on the same network. I don't think it will work over a 4G hotspot as it is not a router giving out ip addresses.

Your hotspot is connecting you to the Internet, it is not creating a local network.

Well the thing is you still need your xbox for xcloud

As it takes most of the proccessing your phone is only a display in No way would a phone ever have enough power to play games with hdr

Stradia and xcloud relies on cloud proccessing unlike stadia it's not paid service that requires you to buy games stadia requires more bandwidth because you are using google servers for power

Xcloud uses your local xbox and network and live

Xcloud only supports a limited amount of titles and gamepass only

It is upto the publisher to allow it

Should be noted that games take a significant performance hit using xcloud

I'm absolutely loving XCloud so far, especially using my home wifi. I still need to test it out on 4G a bit more, and it'd be nice to have one of those Xbox Controller Clips. But since I'm primarily using XCloud at home, I just put my phone on my wireless
charging stand while I play.

Weirdly, Sea of Thieves is the only game where I've noticed some input lag. Ace Combat, Killer Instinct, and Halo have worked pretty much perfectly for me so far.

Project Xcloud has been running for some time and we will know more for sure at E3. While it is probably the future, right now I don't have a reliable connection for smooth playing based only on streaming so I don't see myself using that kind of service
for a while anyway...
