    When I start or end a game or app, I get kicked off my x-box live account and have to sigh back in. How do I make it so i just have to sign in one time?

    im disconnecting from live when starting up a game or app and already tried downloading my profile again so yeaahhhh..

    Freezing when resuming from standby mode

    For the last week or so, my xbox will not play apps or games after resuming from standby mode. Sometimes, it will display the splash screen when starting the app or game, but it will never load. Sometimes, trying to choose a game or app is just unresponsive.
    Any ideas what may be causing this?

    If Its An App Delete The App And Re Download It And Restart Your Console And As For The Game Take it out if its a disk and put it back in and try it

    It started when the app did which was May 29, 2018. I don't know when it will end.

    Xbox one cant go to the homescreen.

    I ended up solving the issue. I would restart my Xbox and when it told me that my external drive was ready I hit the home button. That took me to the games and apps section, from there I went to apps and then started the settings app. I then factory reset
    the Xbox.

    Have you tried uninstalling, power cycling the device and then re-installing the game?

    When I've run into similar issues with other games/apps, that's what usually fixes the install issue. When it doesn't, I end up waiting a day, redoing the steps and everything starts working again.
