    When I go to play ARK it's going to the store. There's a play button there where the buy button usually is. And when I press play it takes a second and goes to the play button again.I've had it since launch and never had this problem before. Thanks

    Problem to connect to FFXIII...

    When its installed, try starting up the game. if that still does'nt work, I'd take it back to the store, and request a new one.

    This will be easyer if you have a receipt handy.

    has anyone figured out why we all lost our movies and tv shows?

    wondering if anyone knows why this is going on and whens its getting fixed been about a week now and its starting to get old.

    Sorry you're having issues playing your game. First try doing a hard reset. To do this, with the console on, hold the power button down for 8-10 seconds. Wait for it to quickly shut off, then power it back on. If that doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling
    the game. To do this go to your games and apps, find the game tile in the games section, press menu, then select manage, then select uninstall.

    Same as when you go to your game store to try out the games. They use wired controllers. As above its to stop stealing.

    Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games don't work since few days on PC ( and I'd payed for it!)

    Go to the Store and install another Microsoft game. Like Mahjong or Jigsaw.

    Start that game and when you are logged in to Xbox Live, start Solitaire while leaving the Mahjong or Jigsaw game open.

    Worked for me.

    Months later and this is still an issue? Both games appear in game pass, and when you go to the store to purchase the story, it says its playable with game pass.
