When should I have my account back by?

No one on the forums has access to specific account information. Due to the limited help Xbox has atm because of the pandemic it could take a while.

We do not see that you have completed any missions, challenges, gone up any MyAchievement tiers, or earned 1000 gamerscore. In addition, your one purchase is not eligible for Gems, as it is not a MyVIP eligible purchase, since it is a consumable. From the

Here's how to contact Xbox Support:
