You just return what the service requested you to include. Normally the PSU does not need to be included. But I'd recommend to have your profile deleted from the console before sending it.

They definitely try to repair your console first with the best that they can. Most consoles can be repaired in the service center.

Repair or send you a refurb

You so t gig new unless you return to the stoee qirh your 30 days of purchase that's pretty standard for any manufacturer

You only get new with replacement insurance which you buy even then it's usually refurbished

Only something like BestBuy where they specifically state brand new in box

When a repair is done they will first try and repair the console you send in. If they are able to then they will send that one back to you. If they are unable to repair it then they will send out a refurbished one. Unfortunately, they do not say what was
wrong with it.
