    When reporting a bug, am I only allowed to report bugs related to insider content?


    If I find a bug in a game, one that isn’t a beta from the insider hub, am I allowed to use the “report a problem” feature to quickly send a screen cap to the developers? Or is reporting a problem only for something that pertains to Microsoft software?

    For example, if I find a bug in No Man’s Sky where interacting with a teleporter causes my game to crash, can I use the report a problem button, selecting the category Games - No Man’s Sky to send the information through Microsoft and to the developers of No Man’s Sky, or am I only allowed to report bugs that pertain to Microsoft’s software?

    In that case, the enforcement people are the ones who unbanned the account. And the head of Policy and Enforcement even gave a statement.

    In my case support only mentioned that the word is actually filtered. The fact that it is, and only on that service, while its source-word isn't, is a bug or oversight. And there was a second bug relating to the account creation process, which is also a bit too complex to get into.

    I see some bugs too when I'm using EA Access app, this happens in different consoles, this bug must be fixed. If You are an Xbox Insider You could report this bug and hope they fix It.
