    My brother was playing Hello Neighbour, I went on and pressed the Xbox button all it does is dim the screen but the menu doesn't pop up at all.

    We appreciate you reaching out to us. For issues such as these, we recommend reinstalling the content. Keep in mind that if you're using an external drive, sometimes moving the title to your internal drive can be helpful. We also recommend never using a

    Can you please try a console hard reset to see if this helps with your problem. To hard reset the console please press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds once the console has shut down please remove the power cable from
    the wall outlet for 5 minutes then reconnect the power cable and power the console back up and hopefully it should now be okay.

    I'm having the same issue myself. It just started happening tonight as far as I can tell.

    If I do a hard reset will I lose any saved games, apps, etc...?
