Has anybody found the answer to this? I'm having the same problem with Xbox Fitness. No voice track on p90x

I'm just using HDMI out from the xbox-one to my TV. So far everything has worked fine, games, YouTube, Netflix, etc. Only two apps so far have had the voice track drop out, that's the Amazon Prime streaming app and the Xbox-One fitness app when it's playing
back a workout video.

Can you try deleting and redownloading the apps? Also try power cycling the console (hold power button on the console for 10 seconds) and try again. Let us know if that helps!

Hey there CorbinDallas!

I'm sorry to hear about how there is no voice track for P90X while on the Xbox Fitness app. I went ahead and created a new thread for your situation so we can cater our support specifically to you! If you haven't already, I would first suggest these troubleshooting
steps to see if we can get things sorted:

Uninstall Xbox Fitness.

Power cycle your Xbox One console.

Once the console is off completely, unplug all cords from your console.

Leave everything unplugged for a few minutes.

Plug your console and cords back in and turn it on.

Check your Network Connection. (Settings > Network > Test Network Connection)

Sign back into to Xbox Live and re-install Xbox Fitness again and try P90X again.

If the steps above don't seem to do the trick, post back and let us know!

My Xbox One has stopped streaming the video the video portion of Amazon Prime Video. I have worked thru all the the trouble shooting on the xbox and amazon lists.

Well I know this is slightly unrelated but in a way it's not. I had DSL 3Mb down / 512k up and watching any XBox Live content (trailers, any featured videos) on my 360 it would buffer, constantly. But not Amazon Video or Netflix (when I had it). When
I first got the 360 it was not that way. I don't know if MS is only streaming HD now or they changed their streaming method (server, codec, whatever), but something happened. It's possible the same thing is the cause of the Fitness videos. I upgraded to
30/5 Mb cable a few months ago and don't have a problem now - Xbox videos and Fitness videos stream fine.

I agree with you, when we try to sream a video app (OTT Platform) such as Amazon Prime, Netflix is fine if they block it. But my question is when I'm using a media player app (VLC in my case) which is playing a video from my local disk. So what's wrong if I stream my local video content before starting the game?

I checked the list and have done all they have listed. I have reset the router, factory reset the box, uninstalled and reinstalled the Amazon Prime video.

I have spent 5 hours with amazon support and 2 hours with Xbox support. I have an Xbox One and Xbox One X that have the same problem with Amazon Prime Video.

I can go into Prime Video, select a video, the video will play, I hear the audio but have a black screen.

I have tried the Xbox on two T.V.s. I tried the Amazon Prime Video on the Xbox 360 and it works.

Amazon Prime Video is worked up until 10 days ago. And is the only video app not working correctly.
