We are having problems with split screen after every match we get kicked to the dashboard. When playing single player online it's fine. Is anyone else having this problem. I will never buy another digital download in my life either!!!

I am having the same issue!!! Only happens when playing split screen, we keep getting kicked back to the main screen/Xbox One Home screen, at the end of each multiplayer match.

Me and my partner have played split screen since black ops and never had and issue until Advanced warfare. When ever me and my partner play spilt screen we get kicked back to the main screen or it logs us out completely and have to sign back in we lose out
on are match bonus . Is anyone having the same issues .

 

hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds the console will make a noise different to a normal power down. After the console is completely shut down turn it back on and that will have cleared your problem. To be able to tell if it has worked when
you go to start a game it will say syncing this shows that the Xbox has remembered all saved date on your console. This information was given to me by an Xbox assistant when I had problems.

 

Yes me and my partner is having issues and we know about that little trick with holding the xbox button for 10 secs and we are still having split screening issues

 

I am having the same issue:

Things I have completed:

- uninstall and reinstall the game (hard copy)

- hard reset of xbox (un plug from outlet for 15 minutes and plugged back in)

- soft reset of xbox (hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds the console will make a noise different to a normal power down. After the console is completely shut down turn it back on)

and still no luck, I'm at the point of taking the game back, as this is NOT an xbox issue, we play split screen on call of duty ghosts, and have never had an issue

 

Well I am glad to hear I am not the only person with this issue. I assumed it wasn't a network issue but had no idea if it was a system thing or a Advanced warfare issue and now I believe it's something with this game. I have tried a lot of the little fixes
listed (holding xbox button for reset,, ect) with no luck. I also even thought it had something to do with the kinect trying to auto sign in different accounts via its face detection so I turned the feature off. Nothing seems to fix the issue! I really hope
they find out what's going on and fix it. I can't afford to go out and buy a 2nd system just so my girl and I can play together.

 

There may be a few people with this problem. Hope that helped. lol. To help your problem don't play with a split screen. PLay single since its working for you. Believe me you will not get a better answer than this.

 

It's not just split screen. If you're partied up with someone you get booted out quite a bit. It may be a problem with the Xbone as I constantly had this issue with Titanfall as well.
