when people at Xbox are going to fix their servers?

I did every single way possible; power-cycle and... still can`t log in my account when this company is going to respect it`s customers adn fix this problem. what`s wrong with the ppl at Microsoft!

My xbox keeps disconnecting when I play singleplayer

My friend and I are trying to play borderlands and it will connect to xbox live until the game starts. We are at two different locations so it is not anyone's router. When are the xbox people going to fix this problem? It's obviously on their end. We tried
two different games!

I would not use Sunsinger in PVP, why are you not using Void?

 

just because "this appears to be a small group of people affected" or "your
region is not supported" microsoft dont care right now.

according to the community this problem has mostly appeared in ukraine and middle east

Did you try to remove your profile from the console, and then login again???

 

Is your country of residence included on
this list?

If so, and you continue to have sign-on problems after you have engaged in troubleshooting (power-cycling the console, then reinstalling your profile if the power-cycle did not work), then you may need to contact
Xbox Live Support to see if there is indeed an ongoing issue. When you go to that site, it will redirect to one specific to your nation.

However, if your country is NOT on that list, Xbox Live is not supported there. While it may actually work sometimes, it is not intended to work at all, and the service may become unavailable at any time.

 

but we paid for the products... at least they should tell us what just happened. we are talking about a huge game community

 

I understand, but there is a problem. When you make the purchase digitally, you are agreeing to the

Microsoft Services Agreement, which states that availability may vary from region to region. If it's not available in your region, the Agreement may be considered invalid.

 

So all we can do right now is waiting

In these situations, we can only advise to check with your local ISP's in your country, to see if something is wrong, and to periodically try a power cycle - that means to unplug both your Xbox and router from the power outlet for a few minutes, and to try
what you were attempting again, after re-connecting.
