    When opening the game i get an error that says i don't have a Microsoft account which i do


    When I try to open, it says I don't have a Microsoft account after playing fine for years after the last windows 10 upgrade

    can play as a guest and It loads fine on my tablet, but not my PC

    I can sign on directly fine to xbox site with my sign in.

    Microsoft account & gamertag switch - Error 8016FE6D.

    Hi ! I have some issues with my microsoft account.

    So, actually i have two accounts. Account A, with the good gamertag i try to switch, and account B, which is empty.

    The problem is, when i connect to the xbox, and follow the steps to change the account, when i'm asked to continue to proceed the changes, i get : Error 8016FE6D that says something like : an error occured with the xbox live ...

    And i don't have any M$ points/money on my account.

    What can i do to fix this ?

    Xbox One Achievements app: error code 0x87c40011

    I'm having the same issue. I get the error code 0x87c4000d when I try to compare achievements with friends and I get the error code 0x87c40011 when I try to open the achievement app ( which won't open ). It's definitely got nothing to do with Halo MCC as

    Hello L1QU1D HOBO,

    Since your Microsoft Account was only recently created, we did not have the user data for your account. It usually takes us up to 96 hours to process any new data. You should now be able to register.

    You can try to reset the Microsoft Store, I once had issues installing Gears 5 and it helped.

    Go to Settings> System> Apps & features>
    Click Store> Advanced options> Reset. This will delete all data the
    store has and you'll need to login again as well.

    thank you so much, i did some more digging and it seems everyone has had problems with this game on the app store. very bumpy launches aside this did fix my personal issue. thank you!
