When opening fortnite it stops loading and goes to home screen?

Hello im stuck on what to do next ive done the trouble shooting steps to resolve this issue. Xbox was reset and game also removed and installed again from the store but still unable to play? Anything else we can try to resolve or is this a bug on tje latest version. It stopped working directly after the last update was done on the device.

Have done the above ad well as reset Xbox to factory setting samr issue goes as gar as connecting screen then lands back at the home screen

Hi

Just done the reset and it’s still doing the same, my partner logs in then I log in as player 2 and try to join in the Fortnite loads then stops and shut Fortnite down back to Xbox Home Screen.

no but on Fortnite it will freeze, go back to start then freeze when loading. it will also freeze at the home screen.
