When not signed in, netflix can be used, although its blocked in familiy settings

Another user registering annoyance here. The parental control code now has to be entered before my kids can access Netflix, but once they're in, no content at all is blocked by the xbox family settings. Used to be, the netflix app could be accessed with
no parental code, but the kids would be blocked from any content that didn't met the family content setting we had set on xbox.

This was a great feature of the old set up, and a BIG step backwards.

I thought i was the only one. It used to work fine on Netflix and Disney plus but now it says the same thing as you, doesn't support and its grayed out on the settings. I have the Oled CX and when i sign in on Netflix through the TV app it definitely supports

netflix is attached to the console, not the account. So any gold accounts on your Xbox 360 console can access Netflix (providing that your family settings do not block it)

I have the same problem right now. I don´t know the code because my little sister change it. And now I can´t enter the familiy setting.

G'day Kurtimus! Sorry to hear about the profile issues when signing in. Let's try a

power cycle to help prevent that in the future. Most of this sign-in behavior has been worked out, but it can still pop up occasionally and a power cycle can help.

Some other alternatives are to disable Kinect sign-in, or use one Netflix account on the console instead of two. Netflix allows users to set up profiles on their accounts now, so you can each still have your own Instant Queue but use the same overall account
to sign in. Doing so may prevent Netflix from switching between accounts when the second user signs in.
