when minecraft windows starts downloading it stays like this

I am having the exact problem. Having bought Minecraft Java Edition on March 2020, when going to my profile, it correctly tells me that I also own the Minecraft MS Windows Bedrock edition, but when trying to update, it always fails to download.

Have already resetted and re-installed the App Store and no luck.

Via the XBox app, I get this error:

How long have you let minecraft download for? When it stops do you insantly resart the console or let it sit for a few minutes to see if it will start downloading again? I'm downloading something now and it stopped at 62% but after ten minuets it went
up to 63%. When you resart the console does minecraft stay at 95%or do you have to resart the download from zero everytime? Have you tried deleting minecraft and redownloading it?

I'm not sure when you posted this (time wise), but im trying to download mods for the windows edition minecraft that i downloaded through gamepass. will this effect me being able to download mods? I'm assuming so given the chat thread here, but i am trying to stay hopeful about it

None of the fixes on that article worked for me

I would also like to mention that when i start the download it just stays at 0% and is downloading at 0kb/s

I have done this, and tried to download a game available on PC Game Pass. But it stays in the Pending state. I was able to successfully update other apps such as the Windows Calculator and the like, but when it comes to games it just doesn't download.
