    I have learned a long time ago, when support say they are working on an issue, they probably aren't doing much.

    For Bingo to be unable to respond to a server in over two days is just not right.

    They could replace the whole server in that time.

    Wonderful how they can come up with excuses and well to me just plain lies as to what is what.

    Bingo, for me anyway, is now a thing I will not be bothered with any longer.. I did enjoy it, but not with this much frustration,

    If they didn`t add a zone when creating their account it will say none.

    I doubt very much someone would mod their account to just say none.

    My Xbox Live tenure/water mark on profile has gone from 8 to 3

    They say they are still working on fixing it but I doubt they will fiix it. They some people lapsed to Siiver at some point when most of us know we did not.

    Can't say for certain but considering China's policies on video games when Halo 4 was released I very much doubt it.

    So in after a month will they still honor the prices quoted today, I very much doubt it. Seems microsoft has gotten a lot worse since I worked for them all those years ago.

    And as for them saying they answer calls within 24hrs and your saying give them a month I see they still work on microsoft minutes.

    I have friends that this is also happened to, I doubt very much it is to do with corruption of the games as it works again after being completely reset, just an inconvenience that I feel could be fixed very easily if Microsoft came out about these kinds
