Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

As I have checked there is no issue reported by Xbox support via the Xbox Live status page I also check the game support's official social media page to check if there are any reports but everything seems to be working just fine as well.

We may need to perform troubleshooting steps but if the same issue occurs the issue can be with the game itself.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Thank you so much for that and just to check if it's the console, game, or the network connection is there a way fir you to use a different network connection such as a mobile hotspot just to test it out?

I did a networking test-it passed but it said I may be my nat is too strict. Now I tested my nat connection and it wants me to unplug the modem again which I did once already ugh

I can get i to a match and see the players names but then it just says loading slayer and kicks me saying there was a problem with the server. Works about as well as halo MCC....

I could live with that, especially if I can play Halo 4 Slayer on dedicated servers, there's a few of us that would still be playing that if it was not so slow and games crashed all the time. It was the worst Halo for multiplayer imo.
