    When is Xbox Live officially coming to the Balkan area?


    A post on the official Microsoft page instructed me to refer to this subreddit. I may not be the first one, but I want Xbox Live in the Balkans and I just followed the instructions.

    Unfortunately there's no official word on if/when Live will be expanding to that area any time soon.

    I would like to think they plan to, what country are you asking about specifically, maybe we can find a definitive answer for you.
    I live in Serbia, but most Balkan and East European countries don't have Xbox Live services as well.

    Xbox live is only supported in certain countries,a list can be found here
    www.xbox.com/.../countries

    You wouldn't need a South African xbox ,all xbox's are the same,it's just the power brick varies region by region & some of the software as well.

    Technicaly you could use xbox live but as Tanzania is not officially supported you might run into several problems with digital content & it's a bit of a grey area when it comes down to the ToU/CoC.
