    Can you please give a timeframe for when xbox live services will be back to normal for xbox one and xbox 360

    The one time I purchase something and have the night to play it . there are service issues

    Can you please provide an ETA for when the service will be online again and full operational.

    when is xbox live going to be running again?

    i still can't matchmake or join parties is there a timeline on how long it will be down?

    What was your original reason for choosing xbox?

    The initial reason was xbox live it was back when online gaming was just beginning on the console and the xbox live service seemed like the way to go, been using it ever since.

    there was a huge issue with xbox live servers. it has all been updated and is back online also if you go to xbox assist on your xbox you can have notified updates when servers go back up

    Playing offline

    Settings - Network - Go offline. That puts the console into offline mode, then you can sign in and play your games. If you don't do that, then as far as games are concerned, you're connected to Live, so of course when Live is down then things don't work
    as intended.

    To go back online you just go back into Settings - Network and choose "Go online".

    Xbox Live disconnects when I start a game

    I have a similiar problem with battlefield 3 and COD Black ops. When I start the game, live disconnects and I cant play online, and when I go back to dashboard live goes online again. any idea what might be the problem?
