When is Xbox fixing the Kinect?

I am sure I am not the only one sick of people using the Kinect to echo the game .Some people don't even know they are doing it. Or hearing them bicker, their kids , the laundry machine whatever. Whoever engineered the Kinect really messed up. Why isn't
the audio on a separate cord you can clip to your *** or rest on your coffee table, beside you whatever, not right beside the tv where anyone with any sense of common sense or half a brain could realize that this will be an issue.

The bans are temporary, usually a few minutes for the first time but I can see why it would be frustrating.

I was playing halo 5. After a game loaded and the match was about to start, I got sent to the main menu. Then I selected to search a new match and it says I have been banned for quitting. I have never quit a match in halo 5 before. This has happened multiple
times. When is 343 fixing this?

You should replace all kinects ... The player base shouldn't have to suffer because the designers of the Kinect cannot forsee something as simple as....
