When Is the Report System going to get an Upgrade or fixed?

Since Day 1 of the launch of the Xbox 360 I have been getting numerous amount Hate and Harassment from Aggressive Players who don't like people Talking on Xbox Live in a Multiplayer Game. Till this day I am still getting Harassed over voice communication
with access amount of Hate, Threats, and Harassment over my voice and I can't sit here and have fun trying to make friends online and I know Other Players have had similar issues with this as well.

When are we going to get a Proper Report system over In-Game Voice Communication or Text Messages as well as Players Quitting and Blocking people so that player that's blocked won't be in your Lobby in any game even if that player is with a friend.

I am getting sick and tired of this system not getting fixed when a Player reports someone nothing is being worked or looked at Fix this issue a lot of us gamers are sick and tired of getting Com Ban from Players Reporting them with out a Reason to why they
are reporting and that is getting out of control

Personally, I try to distance myself from these people. Recently, a person on R6 Siege was harassing me and I thought about insulting them back. But, I knew it would not bode too well so I just blocked him so I would not get his messages.

There is no issue with reporting.

If you find someone being toxic during online match mute/block him, and then send report. Read

this article. or do thisthis steps:

Press the Xbox button on your Xbox One controller.
Press LB to arrive at the People tab.
Select Find someone.
Type the player's Gamertag. This will open their profile.
Select Report or block.
Select Block. The block will be immediately applied.

Investigations take time. Each report is investigated before an enforcement action is taken.

Xbox does not advise you of who made the report or when it was made.

You are not given specifics partly to ensure the privacy and safety of the person making the report.

Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.
