When is the gta bonus for preordering Red Dead Redemption coming?

I preordered Red Dead Redemption 2 about 2 weeks ago. Microsoft says, you get the Code in 7 to 10 days after preordering. And i still don't have my GTA Bonus of 2 mio. I already talked to Rockstar and they told me, they cant do anything because ist Microsoft
who's sending the Code.

Also the Support of Microsoft cant help. They just say they will look after it and thats it. No more reaction. Do they want us to preorder it on Playstation where you get the Code directly?

Anyone else having issues with getting the Code?

Sadly this is going to be an issue you need to speak with MS directly about as they are the ones handling code distribution. I believe their customer support should be able to assist you as they have access to your account and purchases and can hopefully
correct the issue.

 

Dont worry, normal issues from big games.
