    hi..its ridiculous..one months ago..i was suspended by xbox for one week because my communication.Since , my suspension is over but i have a problem with my chat.I am quebecois sorry for my english.So now , i can send a vocal mess and i can to hear my friend
    but they not hear me. i receided a message by XLPET for to tell me that the know but thats not move.its not acceptable...its ridiculous ...stop tell me ''we understand..soo sorry for this situation'' STOP!!...i want a clear answer about that!! help me please..thx

    Logitech G430 Help

    I recently bought the Logitech G430 headset with the proper splitters so i can use them with my Xbox One. The game audio, chat audio and mic all work fine. The only problem i am having is that when I chat with people they end up hearing all of my game and
    chat audio. Is there a way to fix that?

    2 day isn't working

    I'm having a similar problem when trying to renew by subscription. The people on chat couldn't really help me, did you get this resolved in the end?

    There is no clear answer unfortunately. This is a know issue, and is being looked into by the team who will provide an update as soon as they are able when is the end of chat problem :( They will provide an update as soon as they are able to, but until then you will just have to wait I'm
