When is the best time to seek out mission intel?

bump. Sorry; all I can find about this online are location guides, and i'm not looking for locations, just when to search for intel.

ACT I: Mind the Gap

There are a total of 3 Intel Locations in this sixth mission. The 3rd one is in the 2nd part of the mission after the subway train crashes.

When you press pause, it will say 2/2 intels, but there is 3 on this level. When you complete the game on Veteran with all intel, it says completion 100.3%

For the first Veteran achievement, I had to watch through the beginning sequence, then it popped up.

I think it's because when you get the intel in 'mind the map' mission it says there is 2 intel but then after the train bit there will be an extra intel that you have to get (so there are actually 3 altogether) which could make completion 100.3% ? Couldn't
be sure though..

theres a unlisted intel item at the back of the conscession counter close to the first set of escalators.

The game and the total intel counter knows of it but it is unlisted in the mission counter.
