When is MS going to acknowledge the problem with chat headsets.

It's been 3 years of posting about this issue.
DO NOT tell me to check my Nat settings. DO NOT tell me to restart (cold restart) my console. I've been there done that. I am sick of MS excuses about not acknowledging this problem. Headsets one day work
then the next day they don't. I can hear people in party/game fine they can't hear me. From my testing if you have anything plugged into the USB's on the console it causes conflicts with the mic. This latest update just *** it up again. If I can figure out
that it's related to that why can't MS ? Wired the controller works just fine. When it's wireless it doesn't. It's not the controllers ( 3 New ones). It's not the headsets (4 new ones,1 refurbished from MS). This is firmware related or software related. Get
you stuff together ALREADY. There have been enough complaints on this forum ALONE to see it's not the consumers problem.

Xbox one mic/voice not detected on several headsets/controllers

Problem: Xbox One (Day one) is frequently not receiving signal from microphone after several symptom free months. Problem has occurred using a stereo chat adapter and more recently, using the standard console headset. Latest console/controller firmware
is updated.

When problem occurs:

• In party chat, I can see the "voice bubble" never lights up when I speak. I hear game sound and other's chat through the headset/speakers just fine.
  
• The "mute" light on the chat adapter and headset does not light up when the problem occurs
  
• Occurs at beginning of session- mic loss has very rarely occurred during gaming
  

My initial thought when I was using the chat adapter was it was a bad cable/input. After the problem occurred with the MS headset, I'm not so sure.

Tested:

Three controllers, two stereo headsets (w/ chat adapter) + MS chat headset. Does not seem to be controller or headset dependent.

Occasional solutions (not 100%):

Re-plugging in controller via USB (I typically leave the controller wired), cable to chat adapter, plugging into different controller, hard console reset.

Is it possible this is a console problem (I have not been able to test on other consoles, nor do I think it realistic since the mic loss doesn't happen every time)? Problem on the XBL side?

When you all use the headset, do you pull on the cord ever when unplugging it from the controller?

Have you tested the mic by starting a party chat (alone) and talking into the headset to determine if the circle acknowledges that you are talking?

 

Been through all the steps to resolve this issue. Four hours of wasted time patience and effort talking to Xbox support. For some un fathomable reason support can't bring themselves to admit there is an ongoing issue with chat. Wished I could actually talk
to someone on the telephone but Gus's that can't happen.
