When is microsoft going to treat their customers right?

I just got told that because the warranty is out on my defective controller my only options are to fix it myself or buy a new one. It's absolutely ridiculous. This is a known issue with these controllers and still microsoft just tells their customers to get over it and spend more money and obviously enjoys it so much that they refuse to fix the issue or take care of paying customers. I've had it with xbox and its extreme l8mitations when compared to PS and PC. What am I paying you guys for? So you can rip me off and dodge accountability?

That is typically the option from any company after a warranty has ended.

all three majors purchased their analog stick mechanisms from the same company. Parts like this are commodities, made by large manufacturers and bought by many people the exact same thing as the disc drives and many of the chips inside of every single electronic device

my lunch Xbox one controller has not developed drift yet it is currently 11 years old

thats me had xbox since the original an got live when halo came out... way to treat you customers microsoft.

PS3 , might be free but their customer services is not so great. At least with Xbox customer service you get treated right and no massive security breaches.
