    Sniper Elite 3 is not available in Singapore on the Xbox Store, which is what's causing the error when redeeming those codes. Since this content is not available in Singapore, unfortunately we're unable to assist further.

    Help With Hitman 2 Legacy Pack Issue

    It says it's available but then when it sends me to the store, no such luck. And it doesn't work from the store in Hitman 2 as there it only tells you to go to Hitman 1 and obtain the pack that way.

    My issue was resolved。it was caused by Region Settings。When i truned the console on at the first time，i made a mistake，i chose singapore as my region，i changed to Hongkong later。But my acount was setted as singapore,the console is setted as Hongkong,the
    difference caused this issue.I migrated my account form singapore to Hongkong.Now everything seems to be normal.
